Shipping Policy

All products ordered must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard or money order, money order must be sent to our address available on the "Contact us" page, orders will be shipped once we receive payment. Sorry, we can not accept personal cheques. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax; these will be totaled in your shopping cart during checkout but prior to confirming your order. Please check our dealer page to determine if there is a dealer near you, orders can be placed for “Will Call” and will be available for pick up at the dealer location nearest to you, there will be no shipping added on pick up orders. You will be notified by email when and where your order is shipped.

U.S. orders are billed in Canadian funds. Most products are shipped via courier (UPS) from our Canadian distribution facilities, while we understand that manufactured wood products from Canada are exempt of Duties when shipped into the U.S. we accept no responsibility for charges or duties levied regardless of the source when shipping into the U.S.

Canadian orders shipped from our Canadian facilities are billed in Canadian dollars. All Canadian orders will have the 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) added to the order and Ontario orders will also be subject to the 8% Ontario Sales Tax.
